Use case
Study the stores you want to beat.
Paste a competitor. See the ads they are running, the theme, the apps on the page, and how the product page is built. Take the structure. Leave their photos and their words.

How to use the free tools
Open the ads they are already running
Paste the Shopify store into the winning ads spy. It opens the Meta Ad Library, the TikTok ad library, and Google Ads Transparency for that brand. You are looking for the hook, the format, and where the click is sent. Spend is not shown, and the tool does not invent an ad count.
02See which theme that store is on
The theme finder names the theme, including a copy that was renamed, and whether it is on the Theme Store or custom. Useful when a store you admire feels expensive and you want to know what it is actually built on.
03List the apps a shopper loads there
Reviews, email, upsells, chat, loyalty, subscriptions. The app detector lists what runs on their storefront and links each one to the App Store. Apps that never load on the page stay hidden. That is the stack you can see, not their admin.
04Read the product page before you borrow the idea
Run the CRO Audit on their product URL. Price, variant, the buy button, and whether add to cart throws the shopper onto the cart page. The report is a reading of that page, so you can see what is doing the work before you try a version of it on yours.
05Scan the catalog, then write your own
The product exporter downloads their public catalog as a spreadsheet for that visit. Use it to see range, price, and how products are named. Copying their photos and descriptions is a bad idea, and the file is not saved on our side.
You can see the storefront. Not their books.
A competitor check is the public page: ads in the libraries, the theme name, storefront apps, and the product page. It is not their revenue, their conversion rate, or what they spend on ads.
Study the structure. Shoot your own photos and write your own product copy. Checkout Club does not log into either store.
Questions
Can I see a competitor’s ads?
Paste their Shopify store into the winning ads spy. You get the public Meta, TikTok, and Google libraries. Spend is not shown.
Can I see their theme and apps?
Yes. The theme finder names the theme. The app detector lists apps that load on the storefront and links them to the App Store. Admin-only apps stay hidden.
Can I copy their product page?
No. Use the CRO Audit to see what the page is doing, and the product exporter to compare the catalog. Then write your own title, photos, and description.
Will this show their revenue?
No. Nothing here is their sales, their ad spend, or their conversion rate. You are reading what a shopper can already open.
